By purchasing from Harmony Collections, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure transparency and protect both the customer and our brand.
1. FRAGRANCE POLICY (FINAL SALE & LIABILITY)
- Final Sale: All perfume and fragrance purchases are FINAL SALE. Due to the nature of these products, hygiene regulations, and safety standards, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
- Liability Disclaimer: Harmony Collections is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or health-related issues resulting from the use of our fragrances. Use of the product is at the buyer's own risk. We strongly recommend performing a "patch test" on a small area of skin before full application. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the company is not liable for individual sensitivities to perfume components or dissatisfaction with the scent.
2. CLOTHING RETURNS (STORE CREDIT ONLY)
We do not issue monetary refunds under any exception. We only issue Store Credits subject to the following requirements:
- Timeline: Activewear merchandise must be returned within 8 business days of receipt.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition suitable for resale. We do not accept items that are damaged, soiled, or show signs of wear (scents of perfume, sweat, smoke, or detergent).
- Tags: All original tags and hangtags must be intact and attached to the garment.
- Non-Returnable Items: In addition to fragrances, all bodysuits and any items marked as "Final Sale" or on special clearance are strictly ineligible for return.
3. SHIPPING & LOGISTICS
- Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all shipping fees required to send the order back to our facility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Inspection: Harmony Collections diligently inspects all items before shipping. If a returned item does not match its original condition upon inspection, the store credit will be denied, and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) confirms delivery to the address provided.
4. STORE CREDIT PROCESS
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your credit within 3 to 7 business days.
- A unique Store Credit code will be issued to you via WhatsApp, Email, or Text Message.
- This code must be entered in the "Discount Code" box at checkout during your next purchase. Store Credit is only valid at our official online store.
