Shipping policy

By purchasing from Harmony Collections, you agree to the following professional policies.

1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION

  • Clothing Only: Free Standard Shipping applies EXCLUSIVELY to Activewear/Clothing orders of $100 or more.
  • Fragrance Exclusion: Perfumes DO NOT qualify for Free Shipping. Because fragrances are classified as flammable liquids, they require specialized ground handling and extra carrier fees.
  • Important Note: If your cart contains both clothing and perfume, shipping fees will apply to the order. To get free shipping, the $100 minimum must be met solely by clothing items.

PROCESSING & TRANSIT TIMES

  • Processing: All orders are verified and shipped within 2-7 business days.
  • Fragrance Shipping (Ground Only): By federal law, perfumes must be shipped via Ground Transportation. They cannot be sent via Air or Express (Priority) because they are considered hazardous materials.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Harmony Collections is not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

  • All customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, shipping costs will not be refunded.

2. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the rare event that we send the wrong item or a defective product:

  • Replacement: We will ship a replacement at no extra charge.
  • Return Shipping Credit: We will refund your return shipping costs in the form of Store Credit once the item is received.
  • Limit: We only credit the amount equivalent to Standard Ground Shipping. If you choose to return it via Overnight or Express, you will only be credited the standard ground rate.

3. RETURNS & STORE CREDIT (NO REFUNDS)

NO CASH REFUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS. WE ISSUE STORE CREDIT ONLY.

  • Fragrances (Final Sale): All perfume sales are FINAL. No returns or exchanges due to hygiene and safety.
  • Activewear: Clothing must be returned within 8 business days of receipt.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable: Bodysuits and "Final Sale" items cannot be returned.

4. FRAGRANCE LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

  • Safety First: Harmony Collections is not responsible for any skin irritations, allergic reactions, or health issues resulting from the use of our perfumes.
  • Individual Sensitivity: Fragrance reactions are personal. We recommend a "patch test" on a small area of skin before use. By purchasing, you accept that the company is not liable for personal sensitivities or dissatisfaction with a scent.
