NO REFUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS
WE WILL ISSUE ONLY STORE CREDITS
Returns for Store Credits must meet these strict requirements:
- Fragrances (Final Sale): All perfume and fragrance purchases are marked as Final Sale. Due to hygiene and safety standards, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
- Activewear Timeline: Clothing merchandise must be returned within 8 business days of receipt.
- Condition: Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled.
- Tags: All clothing tags, including hangtags, must remain intact and attached to the garment.
- Resale Condition: Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
- Right of Refusal: Harmony Collections reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements, including any signs of wear or smoke.
- Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for all shipping fees to send the order back to our facility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Harmony Collections diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
- RETURN PROCESSING TIME
- Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-7 business days. You will be notified via email, WhatsApp, or text once your credit has been issued
- WHEN MAKING A RETURN:
- Secure Packaging: Pack your merchandise securely in the original packaging if possible. Items must include all original paperwork and accessories.
- Invoice/Order Info: Include your original invoice. If you do not have it, include a note with your Order Number, Billing Name, and Reason for Return.
- Tracking: Keep your return tracking number. Harmony Collections is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the return transit.
- HOW TO USE YOUR STORE CREDIT CODE:
- When we receive and approve your return, we will provide you with a Store Credit Code so you can choose a new item from our shop.
- Delivery: Your code will be delivered via WhatsApp, Email, or Text Message.
- Redemption: To use your credit, enter the unique code into the space that says "Discount Code" or "Gift Card" at checkout.
- Validity: Store Credit is valid only at Myharmonycollections.com
- Your store credit will be added to your purchase.
Complete your purchase and your new item will be delivered to you.
